Estimated Population Served: 2,500 Summary of findings (November 18, 2025 – January 21, 2026): Cocaine (parent) / Benzoylecgonine (metabolite): Cocaine concentrations were above regional and national averages in November, had been trending down through December but began trending back up in January, although remained below regional and national averages since December. Benzoylecgonine had overall higher concentrations compared to cocaine and has remained above regional and national averages, although detections have been steadily declining. Fentanyl (parent) / Norfentanyl (metabolite): Average concentrations for both fentanyl and norfentanyl remained low and below regional and national averages, although detections seem to be trending up as of January. Methamphetamine (parent) / Amphetamine (metabolite): Methamphetamine concentrations were relatively steady remaining below regional and national averages. Amphetamine detections were above regional and national averages in November but have been steadily and drastically trending down and remains below regional and national concentrations as of the end of December. Xylazine (parent) / 4-Hydroxyxylazine (metabolite): Neither xylazine nor 4-hydroxyxylazine were detected. Trans-3’-Hydroxycotinine (metabolite of nicotine): Trans-3’-Hydroxycotinine concentrations remained above regional and national averages. Concentrations have been steadily declining since December before beginning to increase again in January.
