Estimated Population Served: 4,156 Summary of findings (September 24 – December 3, 2025): Cocaine (parent) / Benzoylecgonine (metabolite): Cocaine concentration fluctuated with the highest detection reported in mid-November. Benzoylecgonine peaked at the end of September and again in the beginning of December. Benzoylecgonine had overall higher concentrations compared to cocaine and remained above regional and national averages. Fentanyl (parent) / Norfentanyl (metabolite): Concentrations for both the parent and metabolite remained below regional and national averages, but there was an uptick in norfentanyl detection at the end of September. Methamphetamine (parent) / Amphetamine (metabolite): Both the parent and metabolite have remained relatively steady. Methamphetamine concentrations remained below regional and national averages, and amphetamine concentrations were generally in line with regional averages and below national averages. Xylazine (parent) / 4-Hydroxyxylazine (metabolite): Neither the parent nor metabolite had detectable concentrations. Trans-3’-Hydroxycotinine (metabolite of nicotine): Trans-3’-Hydroxycotinine concentrations were well above regional and national averages, with the highest concentration being detected in mid-October.
