Genesee Youth Lead

Genesee Youth Lead is a leadership development program for youth in Genesee County. This eight-month long program focuses on developing the leadership skills within an individual through each specific session and hands-on experience.

Safe Harbour Program

The Genesee County Safe Harbour Program seeks to raise public awareness and educate human services and law enforcement professionals about the commercial exploitation of children and child trafficking.

What is the Youth Bureau

The Genesee County Youth Bureau, established in 1971, plans, coordinates, and supports public, private, and religious youth welfare activities. It develops programs fostering responsibility and community contribution.

Youth Court

Youth Court is a voluntary alternative for young people facing school or law enforcement disciplinary action. Youth who admit the charge appear before teen judges for a disposition hearing. The goal is to improve citizenship skills and reduce problematic behavior.

Youth Recognition Banquet

The Genesee County Youth Board's annual Youth Recognition Award Banquet honors outstanding youth, adult professionals, and volunteers for their exceptional contributions to the community.
