These duties involve responsibility for serving as chief executive officer of the Genesee County Mental Health department, which is licensed as an Article 31 Clinic under the oversite agency of New York State Office of Mental Health. These duties include responsibility for services that fall under the local governmental unit (LGU) for the community mental hygiene program.
