Renew Locally

Renew Your DMV Registration Locally

Renewing through the Genesee County DMV helps keep a portion of DMV revenue in the county, supporting local services and jobs while keeping DMV services convenient for residents.

You do not need to mail your renewal to the State. You can send it directly to the Genesee County DMV. Pre-addressed Genesee County Motor Vehicle renewal envelopes are available at local town, city and village offices and libraries throughout the county.
