Road Shoulder Improvement Work Underway

Genesee County DPW is partnering with local towns to complete road shoulder improvement work on several County and Town roads.

Crews are finishing work on Upton Road before moving to Hartshorn Road in Batavia and Pembroke.

Additional roads currently scheduled include Macomber Road, Galloway Road, Burns Road, Knowlesville Road, Ackerson Road, and Gabbey Road.

Work is expected to continue through June 25 and resume after the July 4 holiday. Exact dates and locations may change as crews move between County and Town roads.

Travel will be restricted during working hours. Residents will still be able to access their homes but may experience temporary delays.
