NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
ON TENTATIVE GENESEE COMMUNITY COLLEGE BUDGET
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Genesee County Legislature will hold a Public Hearing on the proposed budget for the Genesee Community College for the academic year 2026-2027 on Wednesday, June 24, 2026 at 5:30 PM in the Old Courthouse, 7 Main Street, Batavia, New York. All interested persons will be heard. The Budget for Genesee Community College for the year September 1, 2026 through August 31, 2027 is $39,100,000 with Genesee County’s share as sponsor in the amount of $2,936,374. Further information and access to a copy of said tentative budget, may be obtained at the Office of Clerk to the Legislature or by email Lisa.Casey@geneseeny.gov. All interested persons will be heard.
