Genesee County hereby announces its proposed Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) participation goal of 1.55% for FAA-funded contracts/agreements. Genesee County estimates that in meeting the established overall goal of 1.55%, it will obtain 0.0% from RN participation and 1.55% through RC measures. The proposed goal pertains to federal fiscal years 2026 through 2028. A virtual conference will be held July 15, 2025 for the purpose of consulting with stakeholders to obtain information relevant to the goal-setting process.
