OFA Programs Returning to 2 Bank Street on March 16

Batavia, NY — The Genesee County Office for the Aging (OFA) is pleased to announce that community events and senior center programming will resume at its Batavia location at 2 Bank Street beginning Monday, March 16.
Following a temporary relocation due to a water outage at the OFA building on Bank Street, staff are excited to welcome participants back for activities, programs, and gatherings that support the health, well-being, and social engagement of older adults throughout Genesee County.
While programming will return to the Bank Street location, the OFA side parking lot will remain temporarily closed as repair work continues in the area.
Parking Information
Visitors attending programs should plan accordingly:
- Use on-street parking along Bank Street
- Additional parking is available across the street
- Please cross Bank Street using the designated crosswalk for safety
“We are excited to welcome everyone back and resume our regular activities,” said Jessica Riley, Director of the Office for the Aging. “We appreciate the community’s patience while repairs are completed and look forward to connecting with the many older adults who participate in our programs.”
The Office for the Aging offers a wide range of services and activities for older adults, including educational programs, wellness activities, social events, and community resources.
