Genesee County Veterans Invited to Health and Benefit Fair in Batavia

The Genesee County Health Department, Genesee County Veterans Services Agency, VFW Post 1602, and the WNY Heroes PFC Dwyer Peer Program will host a Veteran Health & Benefit Fair on Monday, October 19, 2026, from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. at Veness-Strollo VFW Post 1602, located at 25 Edwards Street in Batavia.

Veterans and one guest are invited to attend the event to learn more about healthcare, benefits, and local community resources available to Veterans. Attendees will have the opportunity to meet with representatives from a variety of organizations and Veterans service providers, ask questions, and learn about services and programs available in the community. Various health screenings will also be available during the event.

Free food and refreshments will be provided, and attendees will also have the opportunity to participate in a free turkey raffle.

The event is free to attend and is funded by the WNY Heroes PFC Dwyer Peer Program.
