Sheriff Graff would like to inform residents of Genesee County that current and forecasted weather conditions consisting of rain, snow, and high winds of up to 60-70 miles per hour could make travel hazardous in some areas.

Several reports of downed trees in roadways and power outages have been reported. Motorists are strongly encouraged to be cautious while operating their vehicles as they may come across areas of downed trees and wires on roadways with emergency services personnel and utility crews tending to these scenes. Sheriff Graff reminds motorists that dark traffic signals that are not working are to be treated as a four-way stop. Further updates will be relayed as conditions change.
