America 250 in Genesee County
As the nation commemorates the 250th anniversary of our founding, Genesee County joins communities across New York in highlighting the people, places, and stories that shaped America. Throughout 2026, local historians, museums, and civic organizations will present lectures, exhibits, and special programs exploring our county’s role in the Revolutionary era and the 250 years that followed.
