The Engine House

The Engine House is a Genesee County-owned facility located in the heart of downtown Batavia. While the building has a rich history, including its former use as a fire station and restaurant, it now plays an active role in housing county operations.

Currently undergoing renovations to enhance its functionality, the Engine House is being modernized to accommodate additional office space and improve accessibility. Once completed, the updated facility will support a range of county departments and services, providing a centrally located and easily accessible resource for the community.
