Republican Primary & Early Voting

The Genesee County Board of Elections announces important dates and details for the upcoming Primary Election on June 24, 2025. New York State has a closed primary system, which means that only voters registered in the Republican Party are eligible to vote in this primary.

Early voting for the 2025 Primary Election will take place between June 14 and June 22, with voting hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM daily at the ARC Community Center, 38 Woodrow Road, Batavia, NY 14020. All registered Republican voters in eligible districts are encouraged to vote early at their convenience. The site is fully accessible.

Primary Election Day is Tuesday, June 24, 2025, with polls open from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM at the following locations:

• Town of LeRoy: Masonic Community Center & Knights of Columbus

• City of Batavia (Wards 4 & 5 only): ARC Community Center & Ascension Parish

• Town of Byron: Byron Town Hall
