GO Health offers immunization clinics for both children and adults to help protect against a variety of preventable diseases. Appointments are required and can be made by calling 585-344-2580 x5555.

Available Services:

• Routine immunizations for children and adults

• TB (PPD) testing

• Flu vaccines (available beginning in early October – please call ahead for availability)

Important Information:

• All individuals under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian or have a signed consent form.

• Cost varies depending on insurance coverage and individual circumstances.

• Medicare is not accepted.

• Payment can be made by cash, check, or electronic payment (Visa, MasterCard, Discover).
