Dealer Registration Services

Genesee County DMV processes dealer registration work submitted in person or by mail. Dealerships may use our office regardless of location.

All dealer work submitted to Genesee County DMV must include a Registration Service Transmittal Form (PDF)(PDF, 862KB). This form helps both your dealership and our office track the transactions being submitted.

How to Submit Dealer Work

Once your paperwork and transmittal form are complete, you may choose one of the following options:

  • Drop off your work in person. We will contact you when your completed transactions are ready for pickup.
  • Mail your work to:

    Batavia, NY 14021
    Include a return envelope large enough for the completed transactions and sufficient postage for return mailing.

Additional Requirements

  • Include a separate check for every six transactions submitted.
  • Provide a contact person's name and phone number in case questions arise while your transactions are being processed.
