Renewal with Proposed Modifications of Agricultural Districts No. 2

Published on April 23, 2025

Location: Old Courthouse, 7 Main St. Batavia, NY at 5:30 p.m. on April 23rd. Public comment on the renewal with proposed modifications of Agricultural Districts No. 2, which lies in the Towns of Alabama, Batavia, Byron, Elba, Oakfield, and Pembroke. Modifications to the District include the addition of 821.03 acres and the removal of 1,761.58 acres, for a net loss of 940.55 acres.
