First Aid & Safety Trainings

Hands Only CPR

When a person has a cardiac event, survival may depend on receiving immediately and effective cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR).  If uncomfortable or untrained in CPR with rescue breathing, anyone can be more readily trained in “hands-only” CPR.  This form of CPR will keep blood circulating, and the oxygen already in the bloodstream may be enough to save someone’s life.  Under these circumstances, the most important steps to save someone’s life are 1) call 911 and 2) begin appropriate CPR chest compressions.

CPR/AED Certification

Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) with an automated external defibrillator (AED) CPR can double or triple the chance of survival from cardiac arrest when bystanders act. Learn how to safely provide effective CPR and utilize an AED in times of need.
